The Heart Behind Ngilla Flow

Meet Paula
"I know firsthand what it's like to struggle with dry skin and lifeless hair. Growing up in a small mining town in the Pilbara, our water was so harsh it left my skin irritated, my hair feeling brittle and my shower coated in calcium buildup. It was something we lived with-until I realised we shouldn't have to."

As a nurse, l've always been passionate about health and wellbeing, but it wasn't until l learned more about the impact of chlorine, calcium, and other chemicals in our water that it all clicked.
The water we use every day on our skin, our hair, even for our pets and home should nourish us, not work against us - and that's how Ngilla Flow was born.
For me, water is more than just a necessity. It's healing. It's cleansing. It's life. But when it's filled with chemicals, it can take away more than it gives. Ngilla Flow is my way of bringing balance back transforming your shower into something that supports your skin, your hair, and your overall wellbeing.

The name Ngilla Flow (pronounced nyi-lla) means "water" in my Aboriginal language, Banjima. It represents my connection to culture, nature, and the deep respect I have for water's power to restore and renew!
Ngilla Flow isn't just about filtering water-it's about giving you back the comfort and care you deserve. Because you shouldn't have to settle for anything less.

Water is powerful—it shapes, nourishes, and sustains life. But when it’s working against you, it can take more than it gives. If your skin feels dry, your hair needs extra love, or your shower doesn’t feel quite right, it might be time for a change.
Your shower isn’t just another part of the day—it’s a moment to reset, to recharge, to care for yourself in the simplest, most essential way. Because water should support you, not strip you down.
