Same-Day Dispatch:

Weekday orders placed before 2 PM and Saturday orders placed before 11 AM AWST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after these times will be dispatched the next business day.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via email.

Important: No Returns or Refunds on Shower Filters

Due to the nature of our shower filters, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once the product has been used.

This policy is in place for hygiene and infection control reasons—once a filter has been installed and exposed to water, it cannot be resold or repurposed safely.

If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or faulty, we will gladly assist.

Attach clear photos of the product and the issue.

We will assess the problem and provide instructions for a replacement. Please ensure items are returned in their original, unused condition. We do not cover return shipping costs.
