Return Policy
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of our products and to maintain strict hygiene standards, Ngilla Flow does not accept returns for change of mind. This includes items such as shower filters, exfoliating mitts, and skincare tools.
As per Australian Consumer Law, returns are not required where health or hygiene may be compromised. Once opened or used, these items cannot be restocked or resold due to safety considerations.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please email hello@ngillaflow.com within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
Be sure to include:
● Order number
● Photos of the item and its packaging
If your claim is eligible, we’ll arrange a refund, store credit, or replacement.
In the event a return is required, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Missing Items
If something is missing from your order, please reach out to us at hello@ngillaflow.com with your order number and we’ll resolve it promptly.
