Installation

Gently remove your existing shower head or hose from the pipe. It should twist off by hand — if not, a spanner can help loosen it.

Hand-tighten the Ngilla Flow filter onto your shower arm using the included swivel adapter. Twist clockwise until secure — no tools needed.

Turn on your shower for 1–2 minutes to flush and activate the filter. Step in and experience water that feels cleaner, softer, and more balanced on skin and hair.
