Same-Day Dispatch (AWST)
Orders placed before 2:00 PM AWST are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this time are dispatched the next business day.

ORDER PROCESSING & TRACKING

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be unused and returned in original packaging.

If you experience an issue after installation, contact hello@ngillaflow.com and we’ll review your case and make it right where possible.

INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or faulty, please email hello@ngillaflow.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we’ll provide instructions for a replacement or refund.

Please note: Return shipping costs are not covered unless the item is confirmed faulty.

MISSING ITEMS

If something is missing from your parcel, email hello@ngillaflow.com with your order number and we’ll investigate promptly.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

We can’t accept returns for change of mind once a filter has been installed or exposed to water.

Verified product faults will be resolved with a replacement or refund.

SHIPPING DELAYS & ISSUES

We aim to meet all delivery timelines, however occasional delays can occur due to factors outside our control (including weather, customs, or courier disruptions).
