Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Standard Shipping: $10.00 — Delivered within 2–8 business days
Express Shipping: $15.00 — Delivered within 1–4 business days
Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 2 PM AWST are shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time are dispatched the next business day.
International Shipping

Standard International Shipping: $20.00 — Estimated delivery within 6–27 business days
Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Order Processing & Tracking
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via email so you can follow your order’s journey.
Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused and in original packaging for a full refund.

Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item:
Email info@ngillaflow.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we’ll provide instructions for a replacement or refund.
(Return shipping costs are not covered unless the item is confirmed faulty.)
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your parcel, email info@ngillaflow.com with your order number and we’ll investigate promptly.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
We cannot accept returns for change of mind once a filter has been installed or exposed to water.
Verified product faults will be resolved with a replacement or refund.
