Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details.

During periods of high demand, sales events, or restocks, order processing times may extend slightly — we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): 2–8 business days

  • Express Shipping (Australia-wide): 1–4 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on your location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Ngilla Flow currently ships within Australia only.
All orders are sent from Western Australia, and shipping times may be slightly longer for regional or remote areas.


International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.
If you’re outside Australia and interested in purchasing, please contact hello@ngillaflow.com — we’ll notify you when international delivery becomes available.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor delivery progress.
If you have not received your tracking email within 3 business days of purchase, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@ngillaflow.com.


Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery details are correct before completing your order.
Ngilla Flow is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional postage fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping costs may apply).


Damaged or Lost Parcels

We take care to ensure all products are packed safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@ngillaflow.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us — we’ll assist in investigating the matter with the courier.
